I'm Justin Gracier. I connect business systems and automate the work that repeats, so the hours your team loses to admin go back into the work that actually earns — serving customers, not feeding software. Most of what I build is deliberately boring: fixed rules that behave the same way every time.
The short version
If two programs hold the same information, they should be talking to each other. Almost nowhere is that true, so a person sits in the middle copying things across — and that person is expensive, bored, and occasionally wrong.
Most businesses are held together by people remembering to do things. Information gets typed into one system, then typed into another. Jobs get done when someone thinks of them and missed when they don't. Everyone knows which step is broken, and everyone has quietly built a workaround for it. That is the problem I work on.
I build the connections and the automation that make that work happen by itself, the same way every time. What that buys you is time: fewer evenings catching up on data entry, fewer hours in front of a screen, and more of the week spent with the people who pay you.
Where it comes from
I run the kind of system I'm offering to build you.
I designed and operate ClikDeploy, a self-hosted deployment platform. It takes someone's software, puts it live on their own servers — any cloud, or bare metal — handles the networking, certificates, secrets and backups, watches it, and when a release fails it reads the error and repairs the common causes itself. Everything about it is deterministic first: the same input gives the same result, and there is a record of what it did and why.
Building and running that taught me the thing I now sell: the discipline of deciding, piece by piece, whether a job belongs to a rule or to judgement — and being honest about which is which. It also means when I say “it recovers itself when something trips,” I am describing something I watch happen every day, not a slide.
Before that, years of connecting systems that were never meant to meet: payment processors to accounting, forms to CRMs, calendars to phones, event streams to the people who needed to know. The tools change; the shape of the problem never has.
